These terms apply to your use of urroz.ca (the "site"), run by Urroz, a brand studio based in Cornwall, Ontario. By using the site, you agree to them.

The site is for information

The content on this site describes who we are and how we work. It is general information, not professional advice for your organization, and it may change at any time, including the descriptions and prices of our services.

Working together

Booking a call or contacting us doesn't create a working relationship. Every engagement, including The Read, In Residence and The Open Line, is governed by its own written agreement, which sets out scope, fees, timing, ownership of work and confidentiality. If anything in that agreement differs from this site, the agreement applies.

Our content

The text, design, images, logos and case studies on this site belong to Urroz or to the clients and partners who have allowed us to show their work. You're welcome to share links to the site, but please don't copy, reproduce or reuse its content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Client work and results

Case studies describe real projects, shared with our clients' permission. Results depend on many factors, and past results don't guarantee the same outcome for another organization.

Links to other sites

The site links to services we don't control, such as our booking page and social profiles. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

Using the site responsibly

Please don't attempt to interfere with the site, access it in unauthorized ways, or use it for anything unlawful.

Liability

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, Urroz isn't liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
