01: What they asked for
Job Zone d'emploi has helped people across Cornwall, Stormont and Dundas find work since 1985 — a strong team with four decades of trust behind them. They came to us for help with social media.
02: What we found
One conversation in, social was only one piece of it. They had a website, active social channels and plenty of marketing material — but each had grown on its own, without a shared North Star. Posts were planned day by day, without a clear sense of what to say or how to say it, and the website didn't lead job seekers through a seamless journey.
It had simply never been anyone's job to see how the pieces fit together. So we started there: one clear message and visual language, with real people in place of stock photos. Then a website, intake and content that all build on it. Now, when the team makes something new, they can ask one question: is this aligned?
